Request for Reimbursement

Every teacher and staff member is eligible to request reimbursement for school-related expenses of up to $200. To initiate the reimbursement process, kindly download and complete the reimbursement form. Once completed, attach the original receipts and deliver the documents to the PTSA mailbox located at the main office.

** The PTSA is additionally providing assistance through an office supply closet. Prior to utilizing your reimbursement fund, we encourage you to explore the available supplies in this closet.

Teacher & Staff Appreciation (May 2025)

Encinal Celebrates Teacher & Staff with Gratitude and Jet Pride 💙💛

Encinal showed up big for Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week (May 5–9, 2025) with 150 heartfelt messages—30 from students and over 100 from families—shared on our Digital Gratitude Board. The messages celebrated everyone from teachers, TAs, and counselors to office staff, the school nurse, and the facility crew, highlighting the daily impact of our incredible team. Each note was thoughtfully compiled into a personalized thank-you card and delivered directly to staff inboxes.

PTSA also partnered with Principal Snyder to host a special staff luncheon, complete with family-donated sweets, snacks, drinks, and a cozy coffee bar.

At Encinal, it truly takes a village—and we’re so grateful for ours.

Thanksgiving 2024 Appreciation Breakfast

We’re overwhelmed by the incredible outpouring of food and generosity—it’s almost too much to capture in one frame! Here’s a collage of the amazing breakfast spread from this morning.

A big thank you to Sandy and Joe for the early table setup, and to Lara for the beautiful flower bouquet and thoughtful arrangements for our teachers and staff to take home. Huge appreciation to Hakima, Kirsten, Kim, and Erin for all your help with setup and cleanup. (apologies if we missed anyone)

And of course, thank you to everyone who brought the delicious food—some of it was already gone by the time we got to snap a picture!
