1. Live Scan fingerprinting process only needs to be done ONCE per person. No requirement to repeat it UNLESS:

– volunteer has been inactive for several years

and/or:

– volunteer/family left the district and has returned. This does apply to families who went to Alameda charter schools (AoA, ACLC, NEA) and later returned to district schools like Encinal.

You can check with Sara Canepa (scanepa@alamedaunified.org) from the school office for your status.

2. TB screening must be done again every four years. The verbal/written screening by a licensed medical professional is sufficient, as is the skin test/assessment.
